I was called to make an apt to come pick up the vehicle 2 weeks after purchase, which was exactly as agreed upon. I showed up, and Francis led me through the final paperwork and administration, and went through a demo of the vehicle. Was nice to have everything setup and ready to go, was extremely smooth and everyone was excellent to deal with. My last new car I bought, I even had to put the licence plate on myself, let alone get a demo of all the features of the vehicle before I drive off. Would definitely recommend! Update: purchased a second vehicle and this is still my go to for service. Great location. Couple years later and bought 2 more cars from Bruno and still drive her for service even though it's the furthest one from me because the service here is better. ”

“ I finally bought my first Subaru, best thing I've ever did. I met a salesman through social activities and he talked to me about buying from him explaining all the benifits of owning an Outback. Even convinced me to go in for a test drive. I walked into the dealership kind of apprehensive because I only speak English. I was pleasently surprised that the staff made efforts to make me feel comfortable. I really have nothing bad to say. Experience was great and the follow up is amazing. Frederick took the time to make sure my knowledge of everything within the car was good before letting me drive off. He even had the car wiped off twice because he wasn't happy about how the car was being delivered to me, which he apologized for several times. I've gone in for regular service since then and even their service staff is excellent. Cindy is fantastic and will make sure your happy. Over all everything was fantastic. My only negative comment would be the 6 month wait for an Outback limited xt but then again, now that I have it I understand what the wait is for. ”
